Event Info and Admission
Artists, programme, date and event pricing subject to change without notice.
Performances start promptly at the listed time. Doors to most of our venues open 30 minutes before the scheduled time. Latecomers will be admitted into venues at a suitable break. Some performances may not include a late seating break. We cannot provide refunds to those who arrive late, or to those who leave after the performance has begun. Free and general admission events are limited to the capacity of the venue. Admission and seating is on a first-come, first-seated basis.
Management reserves the right to refuse admission by refunding the ticket price and/or to expel from the venue premises any person whose presence or conduct is deemed by it to be objectionable. Expulsion cancels the ticket and the holder thereupon forfeits all claims including any claim to a refund of the ticket price.

You may receive a special ticket offer from us. Most offers are personal, non-transferable, subject to availability and cannot be
combined with other discounts or applied to an existing order. Some offers may have a specific expiry date; those that don't may expire without notice.
Tickets will not be taken back for refund and are only good for the performance and seat issued. We will not issue a refund for a lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed ticket, or for a ticket claimed to be "not delivered". Tickets deemed lost or stolen will not be honoured. Tickets may not be resold. Re-sale will invalidate your ticket. Your ticket is a personal license and is not transferrable.
Tickets may be exchanged between performances of the same event, subject to availability. All exchanges are subject to a per ticket exchange fee. Tickets must be exchanged no later than 48 hours prior to the performance being exchanged out of. Any additional cost must be paid at the time of the exchange. Any decrease in cost will not be refunded.
Getting Your Tickets
Options for delivery of tickets may vary from event to event and may include being mailed, picked up or sent digitally via email. Tickets may only be picked up by the cardholder of the card used to purchase the tickets (No third party pick-up). The cardholder must present the credit card used for purchase at the time of pickup. Photo ID may be required.
Credit Card Approval
All orders are subject to credit card approval and billing address verification. Please adhere to published ticket limits.
Persons who exceed ticket limits may have any and all of their orders and tickets cancelled without notice by Luminato Festival at its discretion. This includes orders associated with the same name, email address, billing address, credit card number or other information.
Tickets are uniquely numbered for scanning verification and logging at time of entry. Any attempt to gain a second entry with a
reprinted or copied ticket will be rejected and may result in immediate investigation by venue Security personnel.
Everyone attending ticketed performances must possess a valid ticket. Make sure you purchase a ticket for everyone attending the performance including children and babes in arms.
Ticket holder acknowledges all risks incidental to any event for which they have tickets, whether occurring before, during or after the event, and hereby agrees to assume same. Admission to the event venue is subject to compliance with applicable laws, by-laws, regulations and venue rules. Failure to comply may results in non-admission or expulsion. Alcohol, illegal drugs, cameras, recording devices, clothing not being worn and bags or containers of any kind, may be excluded from the venue premises. Ticket holder consents to a reasonable examination of his/her person and effects to ensure compliance.
