Measha Brueggergosman, Canada’s most beloved soprano, joins Luminato for Measha’s Gospel Brunch, a Sunday morning gospel concert at the CF Fairview Mall that will lift your spirits and revive your soul.

Drawing from her personal journey of discovery into her roots as a fifth-generation descendant of emancipated enslaved people, Measha Brueggergosman brings to life gospel music’s hymns of freedom, resilience, and celebration of spirit.

Measha will be joined by Aaron Davis (keyboards), Rob Piltch (guitar), George Koller (bass), John Johnson (winds), and special guests Divine Brown, Dr. Draw, and Mike Schram.

Measha’s Gospel Brunch promises to bring us all together in joy, community, and great vibes through the power of your favourite gospel songs.

FAQ – Tickets, How to Experience

  • How do I listen at the drive-in concert?

Tune in to the concert at 95.5 FM on your car radio.
  • Is brunch provided with my ticket?

No, it’s not. We recommend you bring a picnic brunch with you!
  • Do I need separate tickets to Measha’s Gospel Brunch for everyone in my car?

No, you don’t. One ticket = One car/SUV/truck.
  • What if I change the people joining me in the car between buying my ticket and October 17th

Not a problem. When you check-in at Measha’s Gospel Brunch the front of house staff will update the contract tracing information for everyone in your car.
  • Which mall entrance should I use to get to the concert?

The best entrance is Fairview Mall Drive, which runs east off of Don Mills Road, north of Sheppard Ave East.
  • I registered for drive-in tickets for Measha’s Gospel Brunch. It’s a different system from the online tickets for other shows. Am I doing it right?

Yes, you are. Our live, in-person shows are handled through a different ticketing system that lets you print your tickets at home. If you don’t get a confirmation email, please email [email protected] for additional assistance.
  • Will Measha’s Gospel Brunch be available online?

Yes, it will. Measha’s Gospel Brunch will be livestreamed on October 17th at 11am EST at luminatofestival.neme.tv. It will be available on-demand until November 30th.

COVID-19 Policy

We’ve tried to make this as simple as possible! Here’s everything you need to know before arriving at CF Fairview Mall.

  • Masks – You don’t need one when you’re in the car. We recommend staying in your car for the best experience.  But, if you do need to leave your car for anything such as to use the washrooms, for a stretch, or any other reason, you will need to wear a mask.
  • Social Distancing – Each car is like a little circle or pod – stay within your social circle and keep distanced from others.
  • Vaccine Proof – You don’t need it, since this is an outdoor event.
  • Contact tracing – When you arrive, we will be taking down the contact information of everyone who is in the car. If it has already been submitted online while booking the ticket, we will verify it against the attendees. These details will not be used for anything other than contact tracing for Covid 19, should that be necessary.
  • Other things to keep in mind – we will have hand sanitizing stations on site and all high contact points will be sanitized regularly in-between usage.

If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to [email protected]
