TD Centre was one of the first LEED EB:O&M Platinum-certified complexes in Canada and among the largest in North America.

TD Centre’s 22,000 square foot green roof delivers a trifecta of benefits, including reducing building cooling requirements, minimizing storm water runoff and improving Toronto’s air quality.

CF Toronto Eaton Centre’s two bee hives yielded: 38.2kg of honey in 2021 and more than 129 kg of honey since 2019 !

CF Toronto Eaton Centre conserved 117 million litres of water, equivalent to 936,000 bathtubs of water!

Toronto-Dominion Centre conserved 10,435,000 kWh of electricity, equivalent to the annual consumption of 1100 average Ontario homes.
