- Dance
Isaiah is a vibrant entertainer when it comes to his love for music, dance and acting. He began making dance his career and profession at the age of 9. He specializes in Hip Hop, both authentic and urban street styles but recently graduated from Cawthra Park Secondary School’s Regional Arts Program where he studied Ballet & Modern.
Over the years, Isaiah has built a great work ethic and leadership skills as he teaches recreational and pre-competitive programs at Jades Hip Hop Academy. He has done large-scale performances varying from the 2015 Pan Am & Para Pan Am Games to performing for the 2014 Canada Goose Fashion Show and consecutive Dance Weekend events.
Isaiah is a very open-minded, versatile and optimistic young man receiving awards such as the 2017 Arts Acclaimed Citizens Award from the City of Brampton, for Exceptional International Representation on his ventures to the United Kingdom to not only compete at the UDO World Street Dance Championships but also gain multiple first place titles in the world back to back.
He has had appearances on shows and movies such as American Girl – Isabelle Dances into the Spotlight and TVO Kids – The Power of Play and Backstage. In 2015, he booked his first lead role as Henry on The Next Step Season 4 on Family Channel which aired in 2016 then was asked to join the cast on their international Wild Rhythm & Live On Stage tours across Canada, New Zealand, Australia and the rest of Europe. After successfully travelling he was given the opportunity to return and film a following 5th, 6th & 7th Season.
Ever since Isaiah’s grandmother passed away in 2014, he has felt compelled to share his talent with the world and make her proud by following his dreams. She was his greatest fan but also his closest friend. Using that grief as motivation, Isaiah is exceptionally good, hard-working and is genuinely the embodiment of boundless expression.
