Getting there

Where is House of Mirrors ?
House of Mirrors will be located on Exhibition Common at the Harbourfront Centre, 235 Queens Quay West, Toronto. Find out more about Harbourfront Centre here

How do I get to Harbourfront Centre? 

By Streetcar:
509 Harbourfront streetcars run between Union and Exhibition.
510 Spadina streetcars run between Spadina and Union.
Exit your streetcar at the Harbourfront Centre stop.

TTC Trip Planner

By Subway:
Head southbound on the Yonge-University Line to Queens Quay West; walk or take the streetcar to Harbourfront Centre.

Is there parking?
Underground parking is available on-site at 235 Queens Quay West, or above-ground one block west at Rees Street and Queens Quay West.
Motorists exiting from the new off-ramp MAY make a right turn and travel south on Lower Simcoe Street. (Check out this City of Toronto video on YouTube.)

There is NO TURN on Lake Shore Boulevard for travel south on Lower Simcoe Street.

Motorists travelling WESTBOUND on Queens Quay West MAY make a left turn at Lower Simcoe Street into our site. Please note the advance left turn signal light.

Motorists travelling EASTBOUND on Queens Quay West MAY NOT make a right turn into our site.

Tickets

When is House of Mirrors open?
The installation is open daily from 11:00AM until 11:00PM with last entry at 10:30PM. 
House of Mirrors runs from June 7 –  23, 2019.

How do I buy tickets?
Tickets are only available for purchase on site at the House of Mirrors Box Office, located next to the installation at Exhibition Common, Harbourfront Centre. 

The House of Mirrors Box Office is open June 7 – 23, 10:30AM – 10:30PM. 

Tickets are valid for same-day use only and time slots are not allocated. 

Re-entry is not permitted. 

How much does House of Mirrors cost? 

Tickets: $10
Children under 5 are free. 

Cash? Credit?
We accept cash, credit or debit payments. 

Experience 

How long does it take to get through House of Mirrors?

While each journey through House of Mirror varies, on average, it should take approximately 30 minutes. Please allow yourself extra time to purchase tickets and queue for entry. 
During busy periods long wait times may occur. Allow ample time if you’re attending another show after House of Mirrors. See Luminato’s late-comers policy here.
Please note the last entry into House of Mirrors is 10:30PM. 

Is House of Mirrors suitable for all ages? 
Yes! Children of all ages are welcome! 
We do recommend that children under the age of 10 and adults who are young at heart be chaperoned. 

Is House of Mirrors accessible?
House of Mirrors is fully accessible with ramp access. 
Mirrors may cause disorientation. 

Can I take photos?
Yes please! Remember to use the #HouseOfMirrorsTO and #Luminato2019 for a chance to be featured on our social media channels.  

What happens if the weather is bad? 
House of Mirrors can operate in most weather. In extreme conditions (i.e. thunderstorms, hail, etc.) House of Mirrors may have to close temporarily. Keep an eye on Luminato’s Twitter and Facebook account for status updates. 

In the event of extreme weather, refunds will not be issued but tickets can be exchanged for another time or day. See Luminato’s ticketing policy here.

Is there a washroom on site?
There a number of public washrooms available on site. The washrooms will be marked with signage and our  volunteers are always happy to direct you to your nearest facility. 

What can't I do?
No tripods, selfie sticks or flash photography.
No smoking or vaping on site.
Luminato reserves to right to refuse entry.
