Accessible Seating or Assistive Devices

Luminato Festival, in co-operation with our partner venues, is committed to making the Festival as barrier-free as possible. Most venues are equipped with accessible washroom facilities as well as wheelchair seating locations. Discounts may be available for personal support workers for certain performances. If you have specific requirements regarding accessibility or wish to book accessible seating for a performance, please contact the Box Office at 416 368 4849. Read more about Festival Accessibility.

Arrive on Time

Luminato Festival's performances start promptly at the time listed on the ticket, so please allow sufficient time for travel, parking, ticket collection, and other pre-performance activities. If you have purchased tickets to an event with general admission, we recommend arriving early. Doors for most of Luminato Festival’s venues open approximately 30 minutes before the performance is scheduled to begin, unless otherwise noted or due to unforeseen circumstances.

Late Arrivals and Seating

As a courtesy to the performers and the audience, latecomers will not be seated until a suitable break in the performance and at the discretion of management. Similarly, if you leave a performance for any reason once it has commenced, you will be re-admitted only during a suitable break in the performance. Please note that at certain performances, late seating is not permitted. Luminato Festival cannot provide refunds to those who arrive after, or leave during the performance once it has begun.

Have Your Tickets in Hand

To maintain a safe environment, everyone attending ticketed performances must possess a valid ticket, including babes in arms and children.

Tickets for Children

As a courtesy to musicians and/or performers as well as the audience, please keep noise to a minimum during the performance. Please turn off all electronic devices prior to the start of the program, including cell phones, alarms, portable devices and video games.
