Join Art Gallery of Ontario’s Sherry Phillips (Conservator of Contemporary Art) and Adelina Vlas (Associate Curator, Contemporary Art) in conversation about the work of internationally acclaimed artist Pierre Huyghe whose sculpture Untilled (Liegender Frauenakt) is on view for the first time since its acquisition by the AGO, just outside the Hearn. The conversation will address the use of living systems in Huyghe’s recent work as well as the unique and fascinating set of issues it raises for a collecting institution.

Join Art Gallery of Ontario’s Kitty Scott (Carol and Morton Rapp Curator, Modern and Contemporary Art)  and Adelina Vlas (Associate Curator, Contemporary Art) in conversation about the work of internationally acclaimed artist Pierre Huyghe. This talk will address Huyghe’s long-term interest in time memory and everyday experience, as well as his recent investigation of living systems and the posthuman.
